Japan is an archipelago of 6,852 islands. The four largest islands are Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku, which together comprise about ninety-seven percent of Japan\u2019s land area. Japan has the world\u2019s tenth-largest population, with over 126 million people. Japanese society is linguistically and culturally homogeneous. Japan is culturally  Buddhism or Shinto, but some 70\u201380% of the Japanese regularly tell pollsters they do not consider themselves believers in any religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Truth was first introduced in 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tokyo Bible Week is held in the 3rd week of June and is a wonderful experience for those in Tokyo and international visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a weekly memorial meeting in Gifu at the home of Brother Paul and Sister Naomi Riggio with Brother Fujio Kato. There are regular memorial meetings and seminars in Tokyo convened by Brother Peter and Sister Saaya Evans with Sister Cynthia Buonaparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some expatriates live around the country and if visiting please check with the area Secretary.
