Nepal

It was wonderful to reconnect with the two ecclesias in Kathmandu after a three-year hiatus. Nepal is struggling to recover from the global economic woes of the last few years and the cost of living has escalated, increasing the challenges of daily living for many.

Often a family member will work abroad in order to support their family. Our brothers and sisters continue to be cheerful, faithful, and as always welcoming. They meet on Saturday for the breaking of bread, and several other fellowship meetings throughout the week.

Plans for a Bible week at the end of October 2023 are going ahead, God willing, and all brothers and sisters are welcome to attend. The Chabahil ecclesial building is progressing, with one more floor to concrete. Any funds to support the completion of this project would be gratefully received. Please remember this important work in your prayers.
